30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email info@toylio.co with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Returns made within 30 days of purchase will receive a full refund. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, there may not be a return address available in your country, so please contact us for specific instructions.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in packaging your items. Upon delivery, please inspect your package immediately. If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us right away with photo documentation of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Damaged Packages During Shipping
If your package arrives damaged during shipping, please contact info@toylio.co immediately with photos of the damage and packaging.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, wrong size, or faulty items. To request an exchange, please contact info@toylio.co with your order details and reason for exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method after we inspect and approve your return. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process the refund.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 7-10 business days. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for delayed orders.
Change of Delivery Address
Once your order is in transit, the delivery address cannot be changed. If you need to update your address, please contact info@toylio.co as soon as possible.

Uncollected Packages
If a package is returned as uncollected, we will issue a partial refund only after the package is returned to us. The refund will be reduced by shipping and handling costs.
