Prices and VAT

All prices displayed on our website exclude VAT. VAT will be calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery location.

Shipping Costs

Many of our orders ship directly from OurFactory, which may affect delivery times and any applicable customs duties.

Transit and Handling Time

Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days from the date of order, depending on public holidays and courier cut-off times. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or holiday periods.

Change of Delivery Address

Once your order has been dispatched and is in transit, the delivery address cannot be changed. If you need to modify your delivery address before shipment, please contact us using the form at www.toyli.co as soon as possible.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, please email us at info@toylio.co. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests must be made before your order has left our facility.
